We Got my engagement ring here.. and constantly people remark how unique and beautiful it is. We got our wedding bands from them and our eternity rings that we exchanged on our 10th anniversary

For our 15th anniversary we renewed out vows in Hawaii and Terry and her husband Ken designed a special tie clasp for my husband and a beautiful heart necklace for me both engraved with 15 DWN 4EVR 2 GO

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year and there was no place else to go but back to the place that started it all - NGY Jewlery

Terry is amazing! She's always taking care of my jewelry and old or new! Definitely recommend!

Service was horrible!! Went in there and the lady started give me a bad snarky attitude... i was intending to buy something too... AND I am super easy to convince to get something... i asked her if she could do some custom work on my watch... she literally told me it takes her 4 weeks to do for something i thought was rather simple ... ok so we declined that ....

I wanted to still get something so i wanted to see their diamond earrings. I make a small talk comment about if her earrings are better than claires and she gets offended saying she doesnt know anything about claires, when no, lady.... i just want to know why i should buy YOURS instead of claires!! I was thinking in my head ... Please dear lord please just give me one reason to buy your diamonds...

and then she couldnt give me one ... because she rather tell me about how my personal belongs are not safe in her store, even though she has ARMED Security guards that are apparently are sleeping on the job.

Highly disapprove of this business and this trash needs to get out of Orange.

Ken, Terry, and staff are great. Multiple generations in our family have coming to NGY Jewelry for years. They have the best selection and the best value for their jewelry. We would never get jewelry from any other establishment.

I have known Terry and Ken for 28 years. We do not trust anyone with our jewelry needs. We are impressed every single time. We spend time talking with Ken and Terry and care for them and their family.

Teri and Ken are mega talented jewelry designers. They are thoughtful and excellent listeners (so the final product always exceeds expectations)! Teri and Ken make all their customers made me feel like rock stars! I have never felt pressured and always have a comfortable and fun visit in the store. The selection of wedding and engagement rings is outstanding. Terry designed a combination wedding and engagement band for me nearly 9 years ago. The value, design and service exceeded our expectations!

Lovely people and service. They have anything you will need for yourself or for gifts. They carry quality jewelry and offer customization if you can't quite find what you're looking for. My family and I have been coming here for years!

Needed to get my ring cleaned and I appreciated the woman said my ring only needed a steam clean not a deep clean so I appreciated her honesty

Ken and Terry have the best qualities of jewelry that can be checked by having your a piece appraised once purchased. It will Always appraise for more than what you paid. They are kind and thoughtful without being pushy! We have enjoyed purchasing jewelry from them for many years and have never been disappointed. I would love recommending them!!!
